With the fresh capital, the firm hopes to accelerate its go-to-market efforts in North America, where it now has 175 enterprise clients in 60 countries, mostly in Southeast Asia, India, and the United States.
Amber also establishes rapport with her coworkers by recalling details from past conversations. Employees may interact with Amber as much as they like, although Jain estimates that they have three to four conversations with her every year. Each chat consists of roughly eight questions that should take no longer than two and a half minutes to complete.
