Blok provides multiservice studios that integrate exercise, art, and design all under one roof, and was founded in 2016 by Ed and Reema Stanbury and Max Oppenheim. The firm started as a boxing and yoga studio in Clapton, London, and has now expanded to include two physical locations in London (Clapton and Shoreditch) as well as one in Manchester.
Blok launched its digital platform, BLOKtv, in May 2020.
Every month, the organization offers over 200 live fitness courses and over 500 on-demand movies.
